Our Chicken Biryani is prepared using the traditional dum method — a slow steam-cooking technique where marinated chicken and parboiled basmati rice are layered together in a sealed vessel, locking in every strand of aroma from the whole spices, fresh mint, coriander, crispy fried onions, and saffron within. The result is a dish where each grain of rice is perfectly cooked and individually seasoned, carrying the fragrance of cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, and star anise.
Rich enough to be a complete meal on its own, our Chicken Biryani is served with cooling raita and spiced gravy on the side.
