Our Chicken Tikka Masala begins with large cubes of boneless chicken marinated overnight in yogurt, ginger, garlic, and a vibrant blend of North Indian spices. The chicken is then cooked at high heat to create the characteristic char and smokiness that defines an authentic tikka, before being folded into a bold masala gravy crafted from slow-roasted tomatoes, aromatic whole spices, cream, and our house-blended spice mix.
