Our Chicken Tikka is a classic North Indian tandoor preparation that requires patience and precision. Boneless chicken breast and thigh pieces are marinated for a minimum of 12 hours in a blend of thick yogurt, fresh ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli, garam masala, and our proprietary house spice blend. This extended marinade ensures the flavour penetrates every fibre of the meat. The marinated chicken is then threaded onto skewers and cooked in our high-temperature tandoor clay oven, which imparts the characteristic smokiness and char that you simply cannot replicate in any other cooking vessel.
